However, I can not get anything, in Yxaril region or elsewhere. Tried this on a new freeroam game, and it works. WebBuy medicines at planet, sell at station. Repeat! This also gives a lot of xp early on if you can stomach doing it for a long period. Also, you can highlight an item at the Trader and click on the 'Known prices' button at the bottom middle to see what it sells for at places you've visited/discovered. Great for once you get past the starting area.
