Next to it is Dew Street car park, one of the last bastions of free parking in the town, which, from November 7, will be placed under parking tariffs. GTBAL is a non-for-profit organisation that provides the people of West Wales with a free, award winning, mental health support service funded by coffee, clothing and community.
