Although the bright side is that most of the mods currently on U11 are ports of U10, so … WebSo unfortunately since U11 is a live version of the game it has not "settled" and you can't go down to incremental versions like U11.0, or U11.1 etc. Usually it's not a problem, but in the case you pointed out it is because U11.2 was an incremental game version that did break U11.0-U11.1 mods, so you would need those mods to be updated to U11.2+.

If using vortex , try use manual installs instead. This will help you determine if the issue is related to vortex or something else.
