WebI am currently 20 years old and I wanted to pursue a career in the IT field. I searched all over the internet and the one that actually grasped my attention a lot was the cybersecurity field. Turns out this has a lot of sub-branches and I am still looking for which one to go with but the most that caught my attention was Pen-Testing. WebThe policy stuff is the (well paid) boring steady job CISSP/employee route. The "red team" / pen test / reverse engineering side is much more technical and exciting, but there are less jobs and the work is more contract based from what I have seen. There are a lot of fields that make up "cyber security".
