The ones that aren't add you can do yourself when you come across a comic that needs a field. Right click and pull up info then go to the custom tab. Scroll to the empty spot and add a name and value. Without a value it won't save. You also need to turn on custom fields in the settings if you haven't already.

Comicrack saves the metadata in a comicinfo.xml file inside the archive and Comicbook lovers saves it in the zip comment (I think this is the better idea).
