WebWe had to make a claim as our flight was cancelled due to weather, which meant we had to rebook a connecting flight with 24 hours notice. Columbus took a while to review the claim (hence 4 stars) but refunded the full cost of the flight we had to change. So overall- a great company. Date of experience: 07 August 2024.
